DARPL’s Community of Practice (CoP) is a self-organised and self-governed collective of teachers, leaders, researchers, equity activists and professionals from all tiers of education and childcare striving for anti-racism in Wales. Our DARPL CoP spaces provide regular opportunities to share and progress knowledge, experiences, confidence and skills with the aim, through peer-to-peer support, challenge and collaboration, generating new insights for improvement.
Courageous Conversations
We run termly Courageous Conversations, Co-Planning and Action spaces to reflect, share and build together for School and Childcare, Early Years and Play leaders. Through our collaborations and interactions, we strive to develop pathways to learning, generate and disseminate reflection and research outputs that report on our knowledge exchange and inspire safe and truthful conversations. Through these processes, we become a community of more informed anti-racists.
