DARPL Professional Learning resources are designed to equip learning organisations, leaders and staff to understand the importance of anti-racism in practice and policy to create an anti-racist culture. We initially explore the why with safe spaces and content to reflect and challenge perception and understanding. Then we move on to advice and guidance on the actions required to design and implement change in practice, policy and curriculum.
