DARPL for ITE provision pan-Wales, supports continuous professional learning, through leadership consultation, collaborative initiatives with HEIs and Welsh Government, research, policy development, action planning for recruitment and retention of teachers from global majority heritage, DARPL focused deliberate curriculum development, cultural strategy support and learning opportunities at all levels of the workforce wrapped around student teachers in Wales.
