In Further Education in Wales, we need to ensure anti-racist actions to safeguard wellbeing for all. DARPL professional learning expects you to consider organisational culture, the impact of racism on the wellbeing and lives of Black, Asian and other Minority Ethnic people and at policies and procedures that may adversely affect those from diverse backgrounds. It is crucial that anti-racism is driven at a strategic level, to ensure that all educational setting affect positive change and improvement.
