What is the Enhanced Leadership Series?
The Enhanced Leadership Series is a targeted programme for leaders in Education across Wales. Building upon the foundations of DARPL’s Senior Leader series, our Enhanced Leadership Series focuses on developing antiracist leadership through a blend of online and in-person sessions. Key programme outcomes include deepening self-reflection, defining and implementing anti-racist practices, creating safe and brave spaces, developing anti-racist resources and policies, action-based learning, addressing barriers to change, reforming strategic equity plans and enhancing critical thinking.

We are excited to build upon this success and continue to provide exceptional leadership development opportunities. We are working to expand the offer with a specific programme for childcare, play and early years leaders in Wales.
