How can schools in Wales create environments where Gypsy, Roma and Traveller (GRT) children and young people feel truly seen, valued and supported? Join us for a powerful and practical DARPL webinar that brings together an expert panel to explore the lived experiences, barriers, and opportunities shaping inclusion for GRT learners and their families.

This insightful session will:

• Highlight the voices, strengths and cultural heritage of GRT communities
• Unpack the systemic challenges and everyday realities facing GRT learners in education
• Share practical strategies and success stories from schools across Wales
• Offer guidance on building respectful relationships with families and strengthening belonging

Chaired by Show Racism the Red Card, this conversation will empower educators, leaders and practitioners to take meaningful, informed action that ensures every learner is welcomed—and every voice is heard.
