DARPL Enhanced Leadership Series – Swansea Cohort: Plenary and Showcase Celebration

DARPL flagship programme of Enhanced Leadership Series (ELS), focuses on developing anti-racist leadership, deepening self-reflection, building brave spaces, and dismantling barriers to change. ELS is officially re-endorsed by the National Academy for Educational Leadership (NAEL) Cymru. DARPL runs ELS through a blend of online and in-person sessions (North Wales cohorts in Bangor) and (South Wales cohorts in Swansea). DARPL ELS is free to attend, but requires investment of time and commitment.
