Cohort 5: Welcome, Introduction to Enhanced Leadership Series, Pre-course Survey (South Wales) – Leading Change, Crossing the line, Above and Below the Line

The Enhanced Leadership Series is a targeted programme for leaders in Education across Wales. Building upon the foundations of DARPL’s Senior Leader series, our Enhanced Leadership Series focuses on developing antiracist leadership through a blend of online and in-person sessions. Key programme outcomes include deepening self-reflection, defining and implementing anti-racist practices, creating safe and brave spaces, developing anti-racist resources and policies, action-based learning, addressing barriers to change, reforming strategic equity plans and enhancing critical thinking.

Our Enhanced Leadership Series has been officially re-endorsed by the National Academy for Educational Leadership (NAEL) Cymru! This prestigious endorsement recognises the programme’s commitment to developing exceptional leaders within our organisation and across the Welsh educational landscape.
